A female boxing coach runs you through a 45-minute boxing session that takes you from beginner to boxer at your own pace โ€” ensuring that you feel comfortable, always learn something new, and get the workout and development you're looking for.

When Can I Train? +

Female only classes are 45-minute sessions with female coaches only.

  • Monday to Friday: 6:15am, 7:45am & 9:15am
  • Saturday Mixed Open Mat: 8am to 4pm โ€” train side-by-side with males and females
Can I start with a trial? +

Of course! Click the button below and you'll be prompted to book in a trial class! Once you're in the gym, ask us about a 3-week trial!

  • Join as many Female-only classes as you'd like for 3 weeks
  • Personal Introduction with a Coach
  • Gloves and wraps provided
  • No experience needed โ€“ total beginners welcome
Do I Have to Do Contact? +

You don't have to! There are options where you'll be able to show off your skills without ever needing to hit someone or get hit. We have options for everyone at all levels, and you can change your mind at any time.

What Do I Need? +

Just bring yourself, we have the rest! Complimentary equipment hire included.

How Do I Get Started? +

Come try it for yourself โ€” all levels welcome, no experience needed.
